Iberian Yacht Solutions

Iberian Yacht Solutions positioned themselves as a bespoke, premium service, yet their brand and website were stuck in the past. The site was broken, it was receiving no inquiries and it became subject to frequent spam attacks.

I worked with Kris and his team rebuild it from the ground up. Rather than focusing on features, we crafted the narrative around the experience.
Other yacht concierge services had more technical and content-heavy websites, so I borrowed the visual language from hotels, creating amble space, folding away secondary content and designing interactions to feel smooth.

I added a Whatsapp integration so that potential customers can reach out any time, and created a clear contact page, so that they have options.  

The redesign resulted in more leads reaching out via the website and the team feeling more confident in their positioning as a luxury service provider.
